Most people know that I love to dress up my daughter, especially her hair. I love flowers, ribbons & bows – anything to match her outfit and the theme of where we may be going.

That’s why I was so excited when I came across a mom-run company called Shelby Styles. Based in Guelph, Ontario, these handcrafted hairclips (among other products) are absolutely adorable and her character clips are truly one-of-a-kind!

Shelby Styles hair clips are made with a non-slip grip, which is amazing since I have difficulty getting most barrettes to stay in my daughters’ thin, fine hair. Amazingly, these clips stay in, even throughout a playdate with friends.

My favourite clips so far? It’s a toss-up between the snails & the snowmen. They look absolutely adorable on my daughter, plus everywhere she goes people comment on them and ask where they can get some.

Prices for these beautiful clips are very reasonable and shipping is not only fair but quick. They are packaged well so the clips arrive in the very condition they were sent in. Shelby Styles also does custom orders if you are looking for something specific.
